Actually, since we'll never see the real results, it stands to reason that Disney doesn't care one way or the other how fans vote. They can get away with whatever changes they want (based on current agenda), whether it was voted on or not, AND they can always justify it by honestly saying they surveyed people. Surveys are a joke. Disney will do what it's CEO wants them to do 100% of the time.

I don't think this survery can tell us anything about anything. I certainly wouldn't assume to know what the mainstream opinion is based off of it.

The point of this thread was for people to vote with their opinion comfortably, without the fear of being called out by another member if they choose not to write a post. So i'd hope everyone voted honestly. That being said i'm really not surprised that "ToT should've stayed" has a lead, no matter how small, among 119 (currently) people on this forum.

I find it interesting how, even a year later, any time Disney PR tweets or posts on Instagram about Mission Breakout, the comments are flooded with how much better Tower of Terror was. I find that to be more telling than any poll on a Disney fan forum.

If you're willing to take 119 people's votes as "the mainstream opinion", then that's for your alone to decide.
For me, it just shows that the voices of "anti-MB" are louder than the rest. Which is usually how the Internet works.

No... my point is that this is a very small sample set which heavily skews diehard and fans of ToT (based on general, qualitative consensus in these threads). And if even within a group like that, MB isn't trailing very far behind ToT, it would not take much for things to shift in MB's direction when looking at the larger mainstream audience who is not against every change at the parks and did not get angry about ToT going away.

Most people I've talked to have said they enjoy Mission Breakout but still felt Tower of Terror was better. That's not to ignore those I've talked to who do not enjoy Mission Breakout at all and preferred to Tower of Terror or the few who prefer Mission Breakout.

But again, I think the perception of anti-MB on here is amplified because those in that camp are more vocal about it. Also factor in that this poll could have easily brought in some lurker/outsiders who never express their opinions. Also also factor in that ultimately this is all pointless because even if MB was a disaster, corporate would never admit it and will not change it back no matter what. So, at the end of the day, this is more just screaming at the wall.

Haha... If you're implying someone here is making up fake accounts or recruiting friends to give MB a stronger showing in some little poll, then lord have mercy on that poor soul who has that much time on their hands and cares that much!
