I think that they're different enough to keep separate. Think of DisneySky as judging the project's overall presentation, and Hulk's art as art and how it was used to elevate the presentation of the projects that used it.

I have concerns about the voting system.

Because the form is set up in this way, anybody could vote for themselves as many times as they wanted thereby causing an inaccurate election.

Is there a way to allow only one submission per person?
