I don't think it was ever mentioned as being in either the MK or HS. Remember only Merida had her coronation at WDW, Tiana and Rapunzel had theirs elsewhere, there's no guarantee Anna and Elsa will have theirs in WDW or even have a coronation at all, in fact, the last I heard of it, there were no plans to hold one.

I remember someone saying (not sure how reliable they are but still) that Disney is holding off putting them in with the rest of the Princesses. They're pulling enough money themselves and adding them to the Princess line up won't really change anything because Frozen merchandise is still selling like crazy. Remember that marketing mostly controls the Princess line up and what benefit would adding Anna and Elsa bring? It may just be a case of them being quietly added a few years down the line when the Frozen hype has died down.
