Anna and Elsa at DHS Today

No Anna or Elsa at Epcot today. The M&G appeared to still be very much under construction (you could hear electric sawing from inside and the Puffin's Roost sign hasn't even been taken down yet). They did, however, have a few CMs (character attendant, Norway CM, and Perry CM when I was there) posted outside to tell people that the meets would not happen, and they were telling people it would be open tomorrow. Can't vouch for how accurate that actually is, though.
I understand the location isn't finished yet, but why can't they just have them meet somewhere else in the meantime? Have them at DHS wherever they were training or just somewhere else in Epcot.

That's because the location isn't the only thing that needs to be finished. (Did it not seem odd they were only out for one day, and Elsa had to leave early?) See Notnothin's comment on the previous page for a hint why.

Seriously? That is pretty awesome of WDW.

That's a nice article, but it leaves out about four out of seven chapters of the original story... the whole middle. As written it is an epic journey, with so many interesting characters other than Gerda, Kai and the Queen. I would challenge anyone to read the original and say they wouldn't watch it as a movie.

I have nothing against Frozen... except for the fact that it means that now Disney will never make a movie of The Snow Queen. It was my favorite fairy tale as a child, and I've been hoping for a Disney movie for thirty years or so. :(

Gerda melts Kai's frozen heart with her tears... saying she cries on everything to fix it is kinda flip.
And hell, the Snow Queen's limited appearances in the book are pretty much no different from how little screentime villains like Facilier or Oogie Boogie got.

They even have a pose similar to that of Flynn and Rapunzel. I just get a vibe about this movie that it's going to be extremely similar to Tangled, just far less entertaining.

Identical . Also I get a vibe the film isn't out yet, I can't wait for it to be released and be at the same caliber as the rest of the films Disney animation has been putting out lately.

I hope you're right. I hope it's at the same caliber as Tangled, just not the same everything else as Tangled.

Edit: This is more of the pose I had in mind...

Didn't make it over there in time. Or rather, I got there at 3:50, approximately, and was told they'd be back at 4:50. Oh, well. I was kind of viewing meeting them as a Character Meet Bonus Round.

mhm I have seen other couples do that pose as well, seems like they are generic ones they throw around like how all the princesses basically hold their princes the same.

They are taught poses that translate the relationship, I am guessing that hand holding one seen with flynn and rapunzel and anna and elsa is more "modern" kinda of intimacy than the traditional poses the last batch of prince's and princesses have been doing. Basically same posture doesn't translate to identical or rip off characters, just that they are trying to convey the relationship through the same type of body language that guests can pick up on and snap a pic of. As for calibur in storytelling I have a feeling this film just might out due tangled, I am good with my hunch's they haven't failed me yet. Besides all the evidence is pointing towards this film being pretty darn good.

I just want to say they would never, ever, ever, have a face character who was pregnant. The rules and guidelines for appearing as a face character are so ridiculously strict and they wouldn't want to get themselves in any kind of trouble if the expecting mother to be over worked herself. Especially since the elsa's and anna's they hand picked are going to be doing to job for the next months or so.

Not true. As long as the baby bump doesn't show, it doesn't really matter.
