She is meeting at the Veranda Porch until Friday, when she will take over Goofy's spot.
Goofy will start meeting by the exit to Splash Mountain on 4/24. Woody & Jessie will be at that spot April 17-23 b/c CDCT will be going through the park two times each day & would disrupt the M&G at it's regular location.

Angelica is definitely a great character to have in the parks, and I think they could really play up some fun interaction between her and Jack Sparrow for the guests. Set up a real mini-adventure of something like that for the kids.
While the actress isn't an exact match (not Latina, accent is off, etc), I think she's a good fit. She was certainly enthusiastic about the part, she had great delivery, ... and she's attractive. Decent pick for the role!
I'm so excited for On Stranger Tides! Penelope Cruz is one of my favorite actresses! Her posters are all over my walls.

About the accent: she's training. There's a trainer in the background, and she's not where her meet and greet is/will be. It's just like when Megara or Captain Jack randomly show up at the International Gateway; they're learning how to act like themselves. I'm sure that accented characters like Prince Naveen or Caspian sounded funny when they first started meeting.
