Okay... so how worth it is it to make a stop at a Rita's when we're in Pittsburgh? We will have SO little time there. I honestly don't even know when we'll get a chance to eat anything other than breakfast on Friday. BUT, this possibly being my only chance to have a Rita's in the foreseeable future... should I make sure we find one and go? And then, what kind of ice cream should I order?

So I need y'all to tell me if I'm letting this get to me to much. We came to the beach house for the weekend, because we had tenants leaving who had been here for 3 months, winter people. Anyway they had not washed a single dish in 3 months, the pots and pans they used they put away dirty, the bathtub had mold growing in the corners, they had baked something in a piece of corning ware and kept using it dirty so it's beyond hope now and the bed comforters smelled so bad, I almost :hurl:. If you had rented a house for 3 months, would you not do little things as you went along, I mean like why not wash the dishes, and why keep using dirty pots and pans that's disgusting, and just spray some bleach in the corners of the bathtub and wash it out, 5 mins tops, I mean am just being ?

No. That's absolutely disgusting. :hurl: Did they put a deposit down? I'm guessing they won't be receiving that back...

They have a security deposit and a cleaning fee, we can't not give them their security back because they didn't technically damage anything. But the cleaning they don't get back. I mean they like had food spilt in bottom cabninets I mean how do you do that? I'll spare you anymore gorry details but I just don't understand how someone could treat another persons property like that.

I can't answer you about Rita's sweetie, never been to one myself....but apparently it's pretty awesome. And I hope things in Pittsburgh go really well for you guys. :kiss:

Jenny I highly doubt that you are a hypocrite, plus you have two kids so keeping your house clean is like one of those never ending tasks, so you, you are excused....:animwink::lol:

Well, I don't let my dishes or laundry go for weeks at a time, true, but days have been known to happen :lookaroun Honestly, if any of you dropped in for a visit at this moment in time, I'd be embarassed. :dazzle:

You have a full time job - you are definitely excused. :lol: I have a great deal of respect for moms that work outside of the home and keep up with their housework.

And now I'm feeling guilty looking around here :lol:, so I'd best get to it. I have a chocolate cake to bake today, to make up for Mike having to work yesterday. Lots of love to everyone today! :wave::kiss::kiss:

:wave: - just waiting for Dave to get home. His office was flooded out last week (5 ft of severage treatment water), so now he's moved to Providence for a couple of weeks. Traffic at this time of day can be a real PIA>
