I have an idea; Jungle 2 Jungle: The Hotel! I also really think it’s time for the next prompt. Can I pick the next prompt?
Go for it!

If I ever miss a morning (like I did today) or whatever, it is totally cool if anyone else wants to do a prompt to keep it going! I don't really have any kind of set plan here lol

Alright, so...

Last time, we took a glance at salvaging less-liked films into attractions. There was a trend of picking underrated Disney films rather than genuinely disliked ones. Some of the most obscure picks included G-Force, Minutemen, and Jungle 2 Jungle.

Today’s challenge is to build a new Disney miniature golf course!

Similar to Fantasia Gardens, these themed mini-golf courses will feature a variety of challenges for golfers in addition to fun theming. My idea? Distant Dreams, a golf course based around the defunct Horizons (and possibly other extinct attractions). Distant Dreams tells a new story that follows on Horizons, focusing on what could happen even further in the future.

Oh I love that prompt! The Disney Mini Golf courses are always forgotten, but they're so good!

I would love to see a Lilo and Stitch themed minigolf course at the Polynesian! Keep it very island and laua focused with Stitch's cousins coming for a laua and the course going around the party. A good way to have the alien stuff fit into the tropical, Hawaiin stuff so it won't break immersion of the resort.

Plus, the location on the monorail loop would make it very accessible

Another idea would be a black light minigolf course themed to Coco at Coronado Springs.

Being indoors would be nice for the Florida heat and weather. Coronado has been being built up more and more lately as a resort destination and conference center over just a disney hotel. It's on the skyway path. Plus, a Land of the Dead theme would lend itself great to a crazy cool black light course!

dunno what it would be called or where it would be located but how about a course themed around disney's most famous attractions? bounce your ball off the mad hatter's tea cups, knock it through a miniature splash mountain, and head inside for a neon lit space mountain section.
Maybe at the Disneyland Hotel? Ties into the theme there and the vaguel kitschy retro aesthetic. Plus it would give the west coast their first minigolf courses

I like the Disneyland mini golf! Back at my hometown there‘s this “adventure” mini golf themed to three different “themes”- the desert, the jungle, and the ocean. Every six holes they change themes.

The first hole could be Main Street, followed by a couple adventurelands, a haunted mansion hole, some Frontierland, some SWGE, some fantasyland, and ending with neon Tomorrowland! The last hole (where you lose your ball) could be sending the ball up through Space Mountain’s hyperspace lift hill.

No love for Critter Country and Toontown Fair? I suggest one hole each, perhaps. Maybe if we have a second course it could be DCA. And I totally agree this would be best for Disneyland Hotel, to give the West Coast a golf course.

My ideas for holes:

1. Main Street Hole: Get through the emporium, onto the railway and past an allosaurus who will block the ball with her jaw. A stegosaurus may push the ball ahead with his tail.
2. Tiki Room: Shifting Tiki masks will move around and block off your ball until hit, after which they briefly subside and sink. Go inside the mouth of Tangaroa, which opens and closes, to win.
3. Jungle Cruise: The hole is behind Shweitzer Falls. Hippopotami will grab the ball and fling it back, unless struck from behind, which will stop them. Your ball may also sink into water. A boat serves as a safe deposit and will drop the ball off near the veldt.
4. Indiana Jones: Boss Hole where you must hit Mara’s cobra a few times to open the hole. There are banked turns and slopes, along with pillars that pop up to block the ball. Thrill rides are generally portrayed using boss holes.
5. The Haunted Mansion: Get through the maze of books into the hall and avoid Constance.
6. Pirates of the Caribbean: Boss hole where you must fire the cannons to defeat the kraken and open the hole. Send your ball onto the ship to open fire. Try rappelling it up chained platforms and down chutes.
7. Liberty Bell Riverboat: Launch off the boat to land in Frontierland.
8. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Previous prompt:

Previously, we were constructing new miniature golf courses, an under appreciated feature of the parks. People really enjoyed the idea of one based on numerous Disneyland attractions and lands, with boss battles.

Today’s prompt:

One major benefit of Disney over most other theme and amusement parks is the table service, especially in WDW out of necessity. Your prompt is to create a new table-service restaurant.

As for what I’d do, perhaps a Muppet restaurant in DCA so they still have a presence again. I’d call it “Muppet Vegan 3D”, as a nod to the attraction. True to its name, this is also the first vegan restaurant in the park. The story goes that the Swedish Chef was uncomfortable serving too much meats, especially when Bean Bunny funded the program. So he founded it as a vegan place to keep them all happy. The restaurant is sponsored by Beyond Meat and features many of their dishes. An Audio-Animatronic Sweetums serves as the waiter. Bunsen appears experimenting new recipies, with Beaker as his test subject.

epcot has a ton of great restaurants but the american pavilion was really neglected in this regard. i'd open a table service restaurant there, themed around a colonial tavern. they'd serve a wide range of beers as well as northeastern cuisine like cheesesteak sandwiches, lobster rolls, clam chowder, and new york style pizza.

Perhaps also a sort of time-travel element to the theming? Would explain the meals from across the nation and across time.

7 Day Streak (Full Week!)

Previous Day's Pitch

Our goal was to create a new Table Service Restaurant! Not a large number of ideas shared here, but that's mostly because we got the great idea of Muppet-Vegan 3D right out the gate!

Today's Project

Our goal today is to revive an extinxt attraction in a new and interesting way!

Dreamfinder, Horizons, Timekeeper, Mickey Mouse Revue, The Wizard of Bras on Main Street...

Find an attraction that closed and find an interesting way to bring it back!

Credit to @Miru for the idea of this prompt.

Let’s take the upper half of Disneyland’s Innoventions and begin converting it to... HORIZONS! This revived Horizons attraction is updated to match today’s technology. A memorial to Deborah Gail Stone can be seen at the entrance.

Or maybe we could give Stitch’s Great Escape a Halloween overlay back into ExtraTERRORestial Alien Encounter?
