After ROE did they play Promise and Tapestry of Nations or did they play Christmas music? Also if Kidcot is on it's way out it is official! Epcot is now a kiddie park.

Promise was played after IllumiNations, but Tapestry of Nations was not. Instead, holiday music was played after Promise. This is common for the holiday season. :)

Thanks for the update.

I thought that the RoE timing poblems would be temporary and would be fixed in the next batch or two. Apparently not. The problems have been ongoing since early this year if I recall correctly.

It is definately a manufacturing flaw. The time delay fuse is made to burn for too long.

They were just painful. There are so many other timings out that it has to be more than fuses.

Judging from videos, the Celebration shells and Chaos floaters seem to launch always at the same time in each show. The only difference that I could tell in launch points from video is during Home. In the video posted in this thread, you can see that the 6 sets of blue shells during Celebration 'hang' in the air and actually start to arc downward. Maybe you'd get a bad lift charge every now and then but I don't think that happens too often.

OWCH. You think the launcher's themselves? Because fixing that would be a pain, no?

I doubt it would be with the launchers but the timecode could possibly be slightly off. I'm not sure how easy that is to change but I don't think it'd be too difficult.

I think that the only way to get a perfectly timed break (explosion) would be to put a chip inside of every shell. Such is done for certain shells used by Disney (not sure how many).

Ah...Yeah, I think most of the Wishes (?) shells have those. Wishes rarely has a bad show. Maybe because it is newer?

Supposedly the shells for IllumiNations have these included, though with the manufactoring issues that have been going on, I don't know if that's true anymore.

Thats always bothered me. I mean, if Wishes can get it basically perfect every night, why cant IllumiNations???

Same with IllumiNations, no chips.

Actually, I lied, Disney does not use any electronic time fuses. There was only one sequence of shells which I though used the chips but apparently I was wrong.

That's odd then...I guess it's "China's" fault then?
