American Express lounge at Epcot?

I see that there are lounges at Epcot - what are the requirements to get in them? For example the American Express lounge? What is in these lounges? I believe you can't get into the GM lounge unless one of you is a GM employee. What about an annual pass? Does only one have to have an annual pass for that lounge?
I have an American Express -will that get me in that lounge? and all of my family? and what's in there? and where is it?
Thanks!

I dunno about the AE lounge but the sponser lounges (GM at Test Track, HP at Mission Space, etc.) are just for the employees of the sponser companies. Thus an Annual pass or DVC membership wont get you in.

I'm afraid that I don't know what the original requirements for entry were, but American Express no longer sponsors The American Adventure, so the former lounge is now mainly used for private and cast functions. I'm also afraid that The Land's VIP lounge, which was for a time used for an Annual Passholder lounge, is no longer used for that purpose. Sorry!

Now, if you happen to also be a Disney Visa credit cardholder, there is a cool little perk in Epcot. In Innoventions, there is a private character meet and greet specifically for Disney Visa cardholders and their families. As far as I know, you simply have to show your card to gain access.

The lounge at the American Adventure was for AmEx employees and their guests. The person who used to staff the lounge was also an AmEx employee, not a Disney CM.

I had a chance to speak with the woman who held the post when AmEx's sponsorship ended. She said it was the best job she'd ever had. And as you might imagine, the competition was fierce to get that job.
