Does anyone know what the construction is next to the shop in American Adventure? Did I miss something here as I don't remember reading anything.... But may have missed the announcement on the installation of patriotic themed toilet?

After the silly extravagance of the Tangled restroom, I get the jokes. But for 6 weekends during Food & Wine and Christmas week--when they've been forced to set up portapotties backstage--building more places for guests to relieve themselves is actually a fairly high priority in that area. Basic infrastructure need.
