The water in the bowls will alternate between red, white and blue with each flush. If you use it and it comes up red twice in a row...see your Doctor!

My bus driver told me that the red costs a little more than the other colors so it only comes up 1 out of every 14 flushes. If you really want the red, you can ask a CM. You can get it, but you'll have to wait a while.
