Alone in Epcot, where would you eat?

You couldn't pay me to be in the World Showcase on a Friday night during the Food & Wine Festival. We like to cut out of there by 2-3pm at the latest. The crowds are just too much on the weekends. I'd slip out the International Gateway and have dinner in the lounge at bluezoo. They have live music on Friday nights, great food, and the best cocktails on property.

I agree with sneaking out the back for a while, but I think I'd head for Yachtsman Steakhouse. If you don't mind the trip, Citrico's in the Grand Floridian is one of my personal favorites. It is a little further but still accessible via the monorail. Either way you can't go wrong!! Marie

I would head over to the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk for a seat at the chef's table. Then head over to the bridge at the international gateway by 9 to see illuminations. I agree with avoiding the rowdy weekend crowd after 5 pm. Sample the booths before then.

So the rest of my family has decided to go golfing late one afternoon during our trip. So now I have the bonus of having some time to myself, and get to decide where me, all by myself, want to eat.

I'm open to suggestions. We will be at WDW during the food and wine fest, so I'm even considering not making an ADR and snacking around the world:hungry:. However, it will be Friday night, so I'm pretty sure it will be a nut house!

Any thoughts?????
Anywhere along World Showcase will really have good food. For the best price though , I would go to France for a cheese plate at Boulangerie Patisserie ,or Sommerfest in Germany for a pretzel.
