Not that they'll actually do any of this, but the best solution would be to park the vehicles backstage and have the bypass go through the firehouse. Or eliminate/relocate the barber shop and use that space

Not that this would happen but the best option would be to retrofit a gate into the side of the trolley barn and route guests through there.

Do not mess up Starlights soundtrack Disney! Big shoes to fill. No pressure.
They will mess it up in some people’s opinions lol. It’s either going to be to slow, to upbeat, to much singing, not enough singing, bad singer or singers, not fun like PTN, to much like PTN. Did I miss anything? Lol.
Seriously though I hope they put a lot of thought into this soundtrack and it will be a huge hit for many.
If the second or all Starlights starts at TBA, the West Bypass could be open until Blue Fairy hits City Hall....
That Bypass would only need to close for Starlight to de compress and get to Frontierland to go home or start at TBA again....
How long does FOF stay in Town Square before it goes to Frontierland?

Will Starlight run 2 times night (pre and post HEA)? Im thinking it won't cause HEA is like the kiss goodnight the park is closed so I guess pre.
The park normally is open a couple more hours after fireworks, so they’ll probably do two parades a night.
No official Schedule yet but it seems like MK is leaning towards their Signature Schedule!
I can't wait to see HEA moved to 10PM!!!!(which means Starlight is so close or Debuting!!!

Yeah what i mean is HEA is like the finale to your day so its kinda anticlimatic to have another parade after even if the park is still open unless they move HEA to later time like 9:30 to 10.
Parade, Fireworks, Parade has been the Schedule at DL & MK since the 70s. Party Season also follows the same Model. No reason why HEA can't be moved till after the first Starlight!
The question is how quick Crowds line up for the second Starlight? MSEP was at 11:30(instead of 11PM) at both Parks in the 70s.

There is no way to alter it without going over the parade route.

HEA is currently at 9:20 pm all summer. It will move to 10 pm with a parade at 9 pm (doesn’t have to be as dark for a parade as fireworks) and a second at 11 pm as needed. It can all shift forward an hour or even 2 hours in the winter. I remember February trips as a kid with Spectro at 7 pm and 9 pm with Fantasy in the Sky at 8.
I'm guessing HEA is earlier till the Night Starlight Opens? Or will we see 10PM HEA Days or Weeks before Starlight?(to get Guests used to 10 PM HEA)
I will Jump for Joy when I see MK's Signature Schedule again!! This is Exciting!!!

I’m not familiar with the exact configuration of backstage structures and float routes, so legitimately curious here … Do the parade floats cut straight back or turn left? Couldn’t you potentially make Harmony Barber Shop the entrance and move the barber shop itself inside of the arcade on the west side?

They pass through the parade gate and turn left behind the Fire Station and City Hall to go back to the storage buildings/staging area behind Pirates/Tiana's.
