Indeed. Crowd control is going to be very difficult. Not sure there is anyone left there who was around in the old days of the 2 nighttime parades and firework sandwich. Think there will be a lot of trial and error to get it right.

Do we know if they will be doing the parade twice an evening?

Both would be mostly out of sight from within the parks aside from the entrance/exit facades. Obviously do the western one first to keep the more substantial bypass open until the other is complete.

It's very different on regular park days vs. party nights. For starters, on regular park days there are significantly more people, and many of them are going to be exiting after each of the three performances. On party nights, most people remain in the park, and with fewer guests involved, it doesnt create anywhere near the crowd flow issues that we are going to see this summer at MK.

Add more Decor to East Bypass and leave it Open all Park Hours. That would be a Start.

They will need to this summer and they’ll need to continue during party season when it only runs 3 nights per week. Come January? Maybe down to 1x most nights. I suspect a Fantasmic-like pattern.

Schedule is not confirmed yet, but at opening and peak times it is going to have to be twice per night.

Which I’m sure can be modified. Also, during parades, I feel like their more critical function is in allowing rear circulation in and out of the shops. Just being able to get to the southern Emporium exit without having to set foot on the Main Street sidewalk would be a major improvement. Right now, you have to either do that or wriggle through every shop.

Let's not call it an "arcade", because that's an insult to DLP's (which are masterworks of creativity by @Eddie Sotto and company). "Bypass" is more accurate and apt.

I wonder if they will do after hour previews ahead of time for cast members and or special groups? I think usually any previews of things at MK gets limited to MK cast only.

At least crowds are relatively low in July and August nowadays. They really need to get crowd control figured out by October, which I find to be super crowded on non-party nights.

October is ridiculous on non-party nights! Especially around HEA time

It's either Dreaming Up or a new Float that looks like it. No confirmation yet.

I hope there will be a title float like the PTN Drum or something similar to it. Not just a sign plunked in front of one of the floats like FoF. My vote is still for the Spectromen to join the Blue Fairy. To have both MSEP and Spectro nods in the opening of the parade would be awesome.
