This has a very healthy budget. I’d expect we will start noticing some substantial infrastructure upgrades begin installation in January.

Anxious to see what they plan on doing. Are you aware if this is being done strictly for Starlight? Or just a general park lighting upgrade for multiple purposes?

I wonder if they will be replacing the hub light polls as well or if this is more of an expansion with the same towers?

I know many would be opposed but I wouldn't mind something similar to these newer high-tech lighting pole additions at Shanghai Disneyland. I think they add some movement at the crowd level that hasn't really been there since the glow with the show items

You are right many would be opposed to this but perhaps they could do it in a different way like add them to or update the Main Street building lights, install permanent lights to the castle, add color changing lights to the trees in Frontierland. Oh and not related to Starlight but still hoping we get those moat fountains .

Dreamlights used to have smaller floats. Wishful thinking some of them survived and WDW purchased them for Starlight.

I loved that fish! On one of my earliest trips we were riding the train (of course!) and the parade was stopped at the crossing approaching splash mountain - that fish was sitting at the railroad crossing and it was the funniest thing ever! Such good times.

I was just watching a video of Hong Kong’s Halloween Cavalcade and noticed they now have moving lighting that pop up on top of the buildings. At 1:40 in this video. These must have been upgraded post PTN because I do not remember moving lights. Maybe this is what MK will be getting?

They got added during development of Momentous I think. You can see them be used for their Boo to you drone show.
