Alien Encounter Starring Stitch

Stitch would turn it into a different experience! If they were to do that the attraction would take on a whole new life. I don't think you would be able to compare the two.

They've tamed ToT down by cutting the drops in half
They've tone down CTX to the nearly boring Dinosaur.
They've removed the crash test demo from TT because it "disturbed people"
They've rewritten history and made the POTC non threatening PC fools.

Why not change Alien Encounter? It's neither thrilling enough for adults or tame enough for children.

Stitch was marketed enough to make him a recognizable character to merit his own attraction.

I'm still wondering what SOURCES are reporting this "rumor" besides your post?

Its on the front page of this site.

There are thousands of rumors in Imagineering. I would bet anything that every little idea we posteres have all came up with to "improve" WDW in our own little way has been thought of by an Imagineer. I am not surprised that a few Imagineers have talked about adding Stitch to Alien Encounter. It is one of the more obvious ideas, since Stich is more related to AE than any other attraction (alien causing mischief). That doesn't mean that after discussing the idea at Imagineering for a while it won't be disregarded as a bad idea.


Mabey they should add Stitch animatronics to TTA? It wouldn't have to be much, just add a little something to the ride.

All I know is Disney is in enough deep stuff with Greorge Lucas as it is with out messing up another one of his attractions no matter how cool Stitch is.

Why not give the movie an all new attraction. Either a volcano in adventureland that could be the next big mountain, or a dark ride in tomorrowland where the skyway station/COP is? Why not both?
