Alee's Trip Report... (as best as I can tell)

Alright... hehe... I know I'm not Alison... but she is in WDW right now, and well, considering the fact that I'm her boyfriend, she wants me to do the trip report as best I can while she is down here. She will update with her opinions when she gets back home.

Anyway... June 29th

Alison arrived around 12 with her friends and father at All-Star Movies. That's when we saw each other, at the arcade. Anyhoo... they went to their room and showered... blah blah, girl stuff... wasnt there for... and I met them for lunch/dinner/breakfast at Wolfgang-Pucks Cafe in DTD (good stuff). Afterwards, we went to World of Disney and did some shopping and then caught the 7 o'clock showing of Lilo and Stitch (awesome movie, I loved it).

We then hung out and waited for a friend of mine to show up. When he arrived, we went to a Spitvalve (local rock band) concert at House of Blues. We got out we went back to the hotel and changed to go swimming. After a few minutes though, we got kicked out because the pool closed at 12. We then went back to the room and hung out. I left around 2... Derin stayed (but for a friend, not Alee).

The girls were planning on going to MK today, and I haven't 'talked' to Alison today. I have dinner with her tomorrow at the Coral Reef so I will found out whats up and will post it on Tuesday.

And no stupid 'did you kiss her?' questions.... what do you think.

Yeah... I live about 30 minutes from the parks... in a town affectionately known to by the natives as Big Potato.

Alright, I'm on the phone with Alee right now so I can found out what went on today.

Bear with me...

June 30th 2:45

Derin left before 10. Girl talk. Left for parks around 1. Didnt get to go on a ride because of the rain down here (they did get a FP for SM though). Went back and are going to order a pizza. They are now watching TV. They might go back out to MK later today.

That's it for right now. I would try and go out there tonight, but 'her friends might kill her'... and I dont want that.

I'll keep you posted.

Okay... time to finish up what I know about the 30th and proceed to the first...

June 30th

After ordering pizza in the room they went back to MK. While waiting for the bus Alison got hit on by some guy from Nebraska (I wasnt there). She thinks it was funny, and I kinda do too. But I dont really know a lot of the actual information from the park yet. She will handle that part.

July 1

The girls and Alison's dad played Fantasia miniature golf. thats all I know they did before meeting me at the Coral Reef at Living Seas in Epcot. I loved the place. It was my first time eating there. Alison has a funny little andectote about me there and she will tell it when she gets back. I'm not telling any stories except that Alison went to run and fell... while wearing pants that said 'dancer'.... ironic huh?

Anyway, after dinner and her dad left (I felt like Gaylord Falker), we made a dash to Imagination. I enjoyed the ride... so did Alee. It was a lot better then that last monstrosity. And a nice part is is that they lightened this show up some. Its still rather dark, but its not as bad as it was. I was expecting more Figments in the finale though... AND I HATE THAT STUPID MOON!!!
I hate how it is right in the middle and figgy is off to the side. Figgy is the star not that stupid channing. And I think figgy says the word 'imagination' a little too much. I got a new idea for an attraction using the same track and effects that brings Dreamfinder back. I'll post it on Imagineering when it is fne tuned.

Anyway, we roamed the park until Illuminations, but we did catch some of ToD. I prefer Nations better. The voices werent so annoying, and they should have at least changed some of the musioc for this 'new' parade.

After Epcot, we went through Iternational Gateway to the boardwalk and roamed that some. Then went to the marketplace... then back to the hotel chill...

They were going to AK today, and Im meeting them at Cali Grill at 515 for dinner. They have E-Ride Nite tonight, and I am going to try and get in, but there are no garuntees.

Yeah, I havent really updated this in a while (because on of Alee's friends doesnt like me, I havent spent a lot of time with her :brick: ) but I went to AK today to kill some time before I saw Alison tonight. The only real reason I went was to scope out Dinorama, so thats what the bulk of this one will be...

I felt like I was Six Flags... its as simple as that. I was expecting it to be a little farther back, yet I turn the corner and I see PW behind Olden Gate... that was a shocker. But when I finally got in there it so did not feel like Disney... I was really disappointed. They did a great job with the concept, but probably too good. I mean, I go to a Disney park expecting a Disney feel, not a Six Flags feel. If I wanted that I would go to Six Flags and ride coasters to myu heart's content. Dinorama is so not what the Big D had in mind...

(and you know what? Even though I did the park solo, I had a blast.)

Ill let Alee update you on the rest of the stuff, she leaves on Sunday.

that stinks that one of her friends doent like you what did you do to her that she doent like you or is she jealous well i think even though they all came down together that she should get over it and let her see you since you live here and she is visiting but thats my opinion

Yeah I think that you should just hang out with alison, it doesnt matter what her friend likes, you both live hundreds of miles away so spend as much trime as you can with her.

I know... but its her friends trip too... I have to respect that. As hard as it is...

But Im trying to persuade my parents to send me up to NY at the end of the month. So, if any of you would like to support the cause... send all emails to MamaRasta2@aol.com... subject, Send Jeff to Alison or something along those lines...

(if you havent figured it out, i all for the support)

you got to see Spitvalves..?!?!?!?

I wish I was home for that.. damnit!

They're one of the few Orlando bands I actually like.
