I'd imagine most people actually taking the time to make reservations have a little self control, but if they don't then I'd imagine they'd be escorted out of the park or Disney will assess the situation and adjust the restaurant accordingly (wouldn't it be funny if they watered it down while still charging a lot for it, then people would kind of just stop buying it, and then problem solved, but that's kind of dumb so hopefully they wouldn't do that).Just what we need a bunch of drunks stumbling around the MK
Plus, I've never seen anyone drunk at the parks (EPCOT included). Though, I did see someone at the Polynesian's Concierge lounge get two handfuls of beer and robe pockets full at 9 in the morning, which admittedly was very amusing to watch him try and walk through the building trying not to drop anything.
