AKL Pool View Room?

I did a search on this and couldn't find anything, so here goes...

I just booked a pool view room at AKL (mostly to save a few hundred dollars and because I am hoping to be upgraded again). Has anyone stayed in a pool view room? Is it loud all the time? I am worried about hearing screaming kids at early hours of the morning and late hours of the night. Any comments would be appreciated.

My wife and I stayed in a pool view room at AKL, however, it was in early November. It was never noisy and was really very enjoyable. We would sit on the balcony and watch the kids at the pool. NIce way to relax after coming back from the parks. Hope that this helps.

My husband and I stayed in a pool view room in September. It wasn't noisy at all.

I've got a couple of pictures in my photo album from my Pool View room.

I stayed from right after Christmas through New Years. Wasn't loud at all, very peaceful and quiet, just like the rest of the resort.
