AK restaurants

So it looks like my trip to Animal Kingdom is filled with rain next week, so I need restaurant help. My budget does not include table service. It appears there is only 1 counter service restaurant with indoor seating. Am I wrong? Also, would you do AK in the rain?

Restaurantosaurus and Pizzafari are both indoors. They both have good food (love the salads and sandwiches at Pizzafari and the vegetable sandwich and shrimp po'Boy at Restaurantosaurus).

I know Pizza Safari has indoor dining as does Resterauntasaurus.

Flame Tree BBQ is really good and has a sheltered area behind where you get the food.

All of the above. Sure I'd do it in the rain- why not? As long as it's not heavy downpours and storming, grab a poncho and go!

I would totally do DAK in the rain:

- I'm from Northwest Europe. So to me Florida doesn't have rain, it only has lovely hot showers. One big splash and soak playground to me.
- Animals behave differently in different weather. Rain makes some animals seek shelter, but it makes others quite playful. Especially after the rain! Which is a great time to watch some animals behave differently from their usual routine of 'must have siesta in this oppressive heat'.

I think that next to the three restaurant already mentioned, there are covered areas near Yak&Yeti and Tamu Tamu (that place in Africa). Personally I love DAK's selection of counter service.

The area near the water at the Flame Tree BBQ is our favorite seating in the park anyways. We loved watching Everest grow over our trips, and now that it is complete the view is even better.
