AK Character attendant

Hope I do not get this post closed but I need an Animal Kingdom character attendant to send me a private message since I have a question about Darkwing Duck appearing at AK on February of this year on Oasis and I would like to know if they still have random characters coming out at Oasis or that was only a rare opportunity. This isn't how you arrange things in Disney Parks. This character appears during runDisney races throughout the year. Requests like this, if to even be considered, should be directed to Guest Relations or sending a letter to Disney World (they read them).
