As a Brit and having flown to both airports, I prefer Orlando International. Arriving was great but returning was horrible. Nothing worse than being stuck in a tiny room for three hours with nothing to do and only one shop to look in.

I wouldn't fly there again. I'm all for Orlando International now

Orlando international for us, at least there is more to do while waiting on that depressive flight home. Car hire is right out the front door and half the journey time to WDW of Sanford. It all depends on who your tour operator is to where you land. The first time we went we had to stop over in Bangor, Maine, to refuel before getting to Sandford.
