Airplanes with 2 Seat Rows????

A good tip to get a look at airplane seat configurations by airline is:

http://www.seatguru.com

They have the detailed configuration of every plane model used by all of the major airlines and identify things like the exit row seats, bulkhead seats, which ones are next to the rest rooms, etc.. It's a great way to avoid get caught in the wacky seat just across the aisle from the rest room and things like that.

Just pick the airline and then you'll get a list of all the plane models they use. Click on the model and you'll get all the details about that plane.

I also suggest Seatguru, do to rising ticket prices, gas, and sticking as many people as they can on a plane they really don't use the old two by two aircrafts anymore. JetBlue flies some, and look for smaller aircrafts when booking.

We're flying Jetblue's direct flight and it's 2 and 2. There are 3 of us traveling. DH and DS sitting together and me by myself. I check frequently to see if anyone is sitting beside me and so far there is no one. Yay!

We also check out Seatguru.com when selecting our seats. But just be warned that even though you book a flight that has 2 and 2, they may switch out airplanes on your days of travel and may end up getting a different plane with different configuration. This has happened to us on many occassions.

Rob-That's a hillarious story!!!!!!
