Doesn't sound like that fun of an event.
Haha wasn't really. Nice to have less lines though. It was nice for the sake that AK doesn't have evening EMH anymore(as it seems) so it was kind of nice knowing it might be the last time in a while that I could see AK at night with the Tree of Life and E:E lit in their glory.

E:E has actually been open for 6 years. I only saw it work the first time I went on before it officially opened at the beginning of '05. After that, nothing.

When they did the ToT and RnR event at DHS over the summer those were the only two rides open. It was drizzling so many people did not stay or even show up. Both rides were no wait at all. All other people were asked to leave park. It was nice but kind of lonely feeling. I would estimate only about 100 - 200 people were there. I imagine with only three rides open and being so far apart there was the same feeling at AK.

Believe it or not it wasn't the case. My ticket read 258 or something like that. and I have no idea how many tickets got distributed, but it was at least that. Lines were short but believe it or not I found way more people not in the lines. It was definitely a crowd. Some were sitting, some dancing, some at M&G(REALLY long line). E:E was the area that had the biggest lines and crowd.

We went - and while there was nothing particularly special about it - I really did appreciate the effort to do something for passholders. We stayed maybe an hour or so, and it was fun to ride Everest twice in a row with only a (maybe) 10 mine wait. (It is amazing how quick the line goes when there is no FastPass)! haha. Hope to see more things like this in the future. Everyone seemed to have a great time.

We showed at 7 and rode E:E twice in quick succession. No more than a 10 minute wait. I attributed it to everyone being passholders and knowing the drill. Really quick load. We went to Dino and Spin with no wait for either. Then back to E:E for two more rides with exactly zero wait. Walk right on.

AK is beautiful at night. The low lighting at night is how every park should be (of course it can't be because everyone would complain or sue that they tripped over a pebble they didn't see). Riding E:E at night was a real treat. The first part before the main lift hill was super dark. Very cool. We stayed till 9 when they were kicking us out. :)

Headed over to MK since it was open till midnight. Long lines for the tram. Tired people from being there all day. Ha! We're strolling in at 10 for two more hours of fun. It's GOOD to be a FL resident and passholder!!
