Affordable Disney?

Hi,

Does anyone subscribe to the affordable disney site and is it worth it? I am always looking for new discounts and savings but I hate to fork over the $$ if it is the same info on mousesavers. I would love any input on this!

In terms of discounts, what is it you would be looking for? Discounts on rooms at WDW? Discount on Disney Merchandise? What types of discounts?

I am interested in WDW hotel discounts and discounted park hopper passes.

Don't spend any money...Mousesavers will give you those discounts for free...you just gotta keep checking!

Mousesavers has great information on the room discounts. These happen with some regularity typically a month or so before the end of one season to the next... like going from peak season to regular season.

Park passes and what not are almost never discounted. What you will see from travel agents are bonus Disney Dollars if you book through them. That can be a way to reduce some of your total costs.

I went to mousesavers.com about a month ago and got a great rate to stay at the All Stars. Total with tax was $83 a night.

Only 46 days until I'm at the mouse.

I like The Disney Visa Card. Its discounts are great. I booked a four night five day vacation at the caribbean beach for july 1 thru the 5. i booked it in jan 630.00 (and change) room only. the disney card released it discount for the same time i was going. it is now costing me 375.00 thats great for four people
