I once saw Garth Brooks walking around Disney with his family. Seemed quite at home, no guards I could see. Unless they're watching him from the cameras on Cindys' Castle...:lookaroun

From what I understand this "hiatus" was lifted a couple of days ago. Back to business.

I believe that part of the problem here is Disneys' attempts, (sometimes) to cater to the fringe left and liberalism, by embracing politically correct constituencies, and politically correct subject material. Now, not referring to a visit by an adult film star, cause that's not exactly good for their type of business, but to other subject material.

Let's face it. There's no VALID reason for Disney to acquiesce to groups just because they receive pressure to do so. Now don't attack me, cause I'm not trying to start a war of words here.

For example, we're fortunate that we get package deals, AP rates, etc. etc. Disney could say, so what? We'll still make money. Yet they give in to business and give us all that opportunity. This is just one relatively inoquous subject. There are others, which I won't go into here, for obvious reasons. Suffice it to say, we live in a politically correct, hyper-sensitive culture these days.

And I wouldn't think that mentioning a visiting star would be good for business. I for one am all for there returning to real family values. A lot of what they are involved in, in my humble opinion, would be nixed by Mr. Disney, were he still with us.

Far better to cater for the right and religious zealots?

The land of the free, providing its what we permit.
