For me I would say towntown rides, some tours, fishing, or stayed at any of the monorail resorts.

My list is quite large and includes some astonishing findings:
MK - I have never walked through Cinderella's castle just near it by way of the walkways on either side.
Epcot - I have always wanted to ride the Monorail from TTC to Epcot and still have not done so.
DHS - I have not been on or seen American Idol, Indiana Jones, Little Mermaid, Playhouse Disney, Sounds Dangerous, or Star Tours and might I add in some cases never had the interest to do so.
DAK - This one is bad considering that I really want to see it, I have never seen the Festival of the Lion King. I either don't have the time or just pass it by due to excitment for EE. Also I have never rode Triceratop Spin nor do I want to.

Hell yeah it is. Worth every penny.
I havn't been on a lot of the basic stuff like the Tea Cups and Dumbo. I've never been on RnRC or ToT, just way too intense for me.

I haven't eaten at a few of the Table Service restaurants like Prime Time, Mexico, Etc...but other than that, when it comes to inside the parks...Nope. Done every attraction and show since I was born...

-Storytime with Belle (and I don't count the 30 seconds I stopped to watch one visit years ago)
Epcot:
-Kim Possible in World Showcase (still ticked at myself that I ran out of time on my last visit)
-Sum of All Thrills (see above)
-Many other exhibits in Innoventions (though I've walked through both sides)
-Mission: Space Green Team (only the original Orange)
-Behind the Seeds Tour
Studios:
-American Idol (no desire to see it)
-Playhouse Disney (again, no real desire)
-The drawing class in the Animation Tour
-Block Party Bash
Animal Kingdom:
-Triceratop Spin
-Jammin' Jungle Parade
Elsewhere in WDW:
-Cirque du Soleil
-Characters in Flight
-Summit Plummet @ Blizzard Beach (line was too long, did Slush Gusher instead)
-Haven't been to Typhoon Lagoon since Crush n Gusher was built
-Closest I've been to Wide World of Sports is the entrance on Osceola or seeing the fields from 192.

Unfortunately I've sat through every movie in WS. My sister is one of those "lets see and do EVERYTHING, including really boring movies." or as i like to call them "air conditioned naps"

I have never done Aladdin's Carpet Ride,and Winnie the Pooh in MK and have never watched the movie on Norway at Epcot other than that i have pretty much done all the rides.What i would love to start doing is going to the better resteraunts. I have only done LeCellier,Crystal Palace, and Aekershaus the rest of the time we just hit the QS counters.

- i haven't had a dole whip... which so many people on these forums seem to live off of while in disney!
- i have never taken a swim in a resort pool, even though i've stayed at an on-site resort every time i've been at disney...
- i've never been at my hotel room during any park hours by choice (my parents might've taken me back early when i was a little kid, though i'm quite sure i protested :lol... which might explain why i've never been in a resort pool!
