We selected we would be using dme when we made our online reservation, but didn't have our flight info at the time. Now that we havE booked our flights can we add this info online?or do I need to call? Also, we land at noon how long will it take to get to pofq? Our flight departs at 520pm, what time would dme usually leave?

I believe that you would have to call and give the information over the phone for the DME. As for the return to the airport It is usually about 3 hours before your flight. In your case that would put you at about 220

No you will need to call to update the flight info. Figure on you will be chekced in and be able to go about your business about 2-3 hrs after ou land. We usually get in at a 10AM flight and by 1 PM we are either having soemthing to eat with our QS meal or on our way to a park. Figure it this way 15-30 mins from when you land to get down to the DME is, 1/2 ride time from airport to Disney property, they will stop at least 2-3 different resort to drop people off. so That is where the 2-3 hours come in. The retrun to the airport, They want you at your resort to be picked up 3 hours prior, so if your flight is at 5:30 then you must be back to the resort to leave by 2:30.

You need to call now. I just did this last week when I bought our tickets. I actually asked this same question. There used to be a place where you could add it but now it must be added by a cast member. It only took about 5 mins and the info showed up under my reservation right away.

Since you will be on an international flight you need to check in for your return to the Orlando airport 4 hours before - not 3. So you would have to leave at 1:20pm not at 2:20 as others have stated.

Also, you cannot use the airline check-in at the hotel however on my last visit I traveled with WJ and checked in online 24 hours before my flight and printed my boarding passes at the hotel.

Our connection is in Newark, so a domestic flight to begin, does that matter?

No, your boarding passes are for international and your luggage will be checked right through to Halifax so unless you actually booked two separate flights (Orlando to Newark, then Newark to Halifax) you are considered international. I travel through Newark all the time. It can be a long wait at the airport but better than having to rush.

Also FYI - if you are not flying with a Canadian Airline - most of the US one's offer check in service at the hotel, just not sure if that is for domestic flights only.

BTW I'm from Nova Scotia, too. Born and raised in the Valley but living in Bedford (until I can buy a house back in the Valley) :)
