This was honestly the best case I think. He died in his sleep.
The verse from "The Gambler" (made famous by Kenny Rogers) that is the most accurate:

Every gambler knows
That the secret to surviving
Is knowing what to throw away
Knowing what to keep
'Cause every hand's a winner
And every hand's a loser
And the best that you can hope for
Is to die in your sleep

On March 8, 2026 at 8 p.m. GMT there is going to be a live stream of "Adam The Woo Celebration of Life":

Just finished watching, what a wonderful tribute to Adam, a truly unique man who did it his own way.

Amazing how many lives he touched.
Agreed. So well done. His dad’s words at the end were heart wrenching but also one of the best eulogies I’ve ever heard.

Adam was taken far too soon but his impact will be felt well beyond his time here.
It took me a couple of days to get through it. It was so well put together and done with class. As was said over and over again... Adam had no idea of how many people he touched and the way he influenced so many in so many ways all over the world. A humble giant with a compassionate heart.
His father's words at the end to call everyone to live lives that will bring them to heaven was heard by all. I never got to meet Adam in person and I will be looking for our meeting in heaven.

I'm a bit late, but finally got to watch parts of the celebration of life event held for Adam. It was a very nice tribute.
Thought it was a good surprise having the actor who played Biff Tannen in the BTTF trilogy make a speech in Adam's honor.

Glad to see how Adam touched so many lives. I guarantee you, the average person you see everywhere, everyday, going through the same stages of life seen again and again (school to career to short retirement with frequent ailments to death), you've seen it over and over...
those people like most of us won't touch even a fraction of the number of lives Adam did by giving up the normal, monotonous life and pursuing what he loved. Making each day an adventure rather than a routine. That's how you leave a legacy and stand taller than the vast majority in life.

Also glad they did the celebration in CA. I know FL was his "home", but he always seemed a bit happier on his adventures out west it seemed. He mentioned how he loved the climate there better, especially during spring-summer.

For those who may not have heard....

Official Cause of Death

In a heartfelt Facebook post on January 26, 2026, Jim Williams shared the autopsy results from Florida’s Orange County Medical Examiner. Adam died from “atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease,” leading to a heart attack in his sleep. The report classified the manner of death as natural causes, with obesity listed as a contributing factor.
Atherosclerosis involves plaque buildup narrowing arteries, while hypertensive heart disease stems from chronic high blood pressure damaging the heart muscle. These conditions often coexist, per medical experts, raising risks for sudden cardiac events even in seemingly healthy individuals.
Adam’s lifestyle as a frequent traveler and vlogger may have played a role, though he showed no obvious symptoms. U.S. heart disease statistics from the CDC indicate cardiovascular conditions cause about 1 in 5 deaths annually, with atherosclerosis affecting over 18 million adults aged 20+. In 2025 data, hypertensive heart disease contributed to roughly 500,000 fatalities, often undiagnosed until fatal.

Men in their 50s like Adam face heightened risks from factors such as obesity (prevalent in 42% of U.S. adults), poor diet, and stress from constant travel. Speculation online linked his death to yo-yo dieting or unconfirmed COVID exposures, but the autopsy ruled out external causes, emphasizing silent progression of natural heart issues.

It’s been posted in this thread.

To change the subject back to remembering Adam - I just started the first video of his trip to South Korea last night.

Laughed out loud when he pressed the crosswalk sign - it replied - and then he calmly said - “well there’s a little bit of a language barrier but I’ll figure it out” - as he has just arrived solo in a major city on the other side of the world! Haha
