Adam was the one that got me so interested in the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes on in the parks… In his early videos he used to do all kinds of urban exploring going places you’re not supposed to be like behind the scenes at wonders of life… The old Nickelodeon, Studios, universal, etc. etc.… Great guy and one heck of an influence ..may he rest in paradise 😔

My father passed the same way - and after seeing other relatives deteriorate in a hospital, and the stress that puts on themselves and family to witness, ongoing tests and results, etc - I would concur it's a very peaceful way to go. Not to mention, I'd imagine the end comes with less fear and anxiety, if any at all.

Obviously way to soon and you miss the chance to say goodbye - but no death is a good time. Another lesson to tell and show your loved ones how you feel when you/they are here, so they already know.

I was surprised at the cause of death-he was always a bigger guy that ate alot of junk food, but I thought in the last few years he had slimmed down and was eating better.

He wasn't obese, just kinda chubby. Like, dad-bod type chubby. But his diet was pretty bad-lots of theme park food and junk food, and that will take it's toll.
He weighed over 280lbs just a few years ago. He documented his weight loss efforts multiple times over the years. He was pretty heavy until recently. And unfortunately this kind of damage doesn't disappear with the weight...

Unfortunately he gained it all back over the last year. According to the Autopsy he weighed 283lbs and had a BMI of 34.4, which is considered obese.

Cause of death was Atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease, with obesity as a contributing factor.

Kinda reminds me of my aunt. She was overweight most of her life and then started losing weight. She went to the doctor after having some chest pain only to find out that her arteries were too clogged for surgery and she only had 6-12 months left to live. She dropped from a massive heart attack only 3 weeks later.

I'm just glad he went in his sleep and that it just happened peacefully. I still haven't found "my stride" on YouTube and find myself struggling to figure out what to watch because I literally started my day by watching his uploads. Not sure I'm getting that across without sounding weird or whatever but he had that much of an impact on folks.
