Here's a few that ya'll may or may not know about me:

I too, have to sleep with both a hefty quilt and the ceiling fan on.

I have a very large collection of plush Tiggers.

I played the violin for 10 years but had to stop due to a wrist injury.

I now am learning the piano.

I am a huge NASCAR fan, and my favorite drivers are Jeff Gordon and Dale Jr.

I am usually shy in real life, therefore I have few friends around town.

I used to be a Kentucky Wildcat fan, but I am now a Louisville Cardinal fan because I go to school there and I have to be true to my school. So, to some I'm a traitor to UofK

I love to sing and am in my church choir.

I am 21 and have never been to a bar.

My dad works in Africa.

I am a Parrothead.

My next door neighbor's cat hates me.

What's in it??

From what I can remember, Coconut rum, midori, pineapple juice (I can't remember the other ingredient) and a lot of whipped Cream. :slurp:
I foresee a trip to the bar after our disneyland meet.

Despite living in a society where it is practically a legal requirement to get regularly blind drunk and perform acts of mindless violence, I do not drink.

I like to make an idiot of myself to music, but I hate nightclubs.

Apart from the very occasional hot summer day, I do not need a fan to go to sleep.

We have got to get together next spring for a D-Rays game....and get thrown out!

I sir, have never been thrown out of a ballpark...or anywhere else for that matter. (but lets try anyway )

more useless facts:

I once drove thru town (with the kids in the van) blasting Pink's "Get the Party Started" out the open window for the sole purpose of embarrassing my kids. :D
I must have my down comforter on to sleep...even if its over 100 degrees.
I'm the third of 4 kids, love any kind of ethnic foods, am a chocoholic and have a very low tolerance for pain.
I despise coffee and I live on Iced Tea (decaf, lemon , no sugar/sweetener)

 But did you sing? I always sing, and the convertible multiplies the fun X 10.

In my younger (foolish days) I was kicked out of many, many bars. Never the: "get out and stay out!" you see in movies with them throwing my hat at me as I stumble into the street, but the more tactful yet firm: "Look, it would probably just be a lot easier for everyone if you would leave. There are a hundred other bars. Could you do us a favor and head down the street?"

They even gave my cover charge back a few times.

No, no I didn't. You see...I can't sing. When the kids were babies & I would try to sing them to sleep they would just cry (or scream) louder. :(
Think Edith Bunker...thats me.

I have this terrible habit of singing, whistling or humming while I'm here at the computer...I don't even realize I'm doing it most of the time. Its not too bad when I'm alone, but when other the kids are home...

Katie:"DO you mind!?"
Me: " What?"
Katie: "You're doing it again...shut up!"

OR

"Would you please stop!!!"

I am deathly afraid of caterpillars, practically a phobia.

I wore a dress once.

I always cry at the end of the Little Mermaid.

Whenever I watch Beauty and the Beast, I act out every single line along with each character using every emotion.

I am actually not that good of a swimmer. :lookaroun

I've become quite outgoing since I became a mom

I married a guy whom everybody knows his name.

Norm?!!!!

I hear that happens alot. Things that seemed important before don't once you have kids. The only thing I liked about being pregnant was the instant feeling of "I am going to tell you just what I think and do what I want". Talk about power rush.

With all the people who can't sleep with out ceiling fans, no one should go on trading spaces or they will lose them and end up with a brown and yellow checkered room or something bad like that.

I meet my best friend at a summer camp in the UP of Michigan when I was 14, I was in love with her older brother. 4 years later I meet my husband at the same camp. (but we were working as staff at that point.)

I don't drink alchol at all either, neither does Mr. PhD. But we don't know many other people who don't.

It apears we have a number of shy in real life, outgoing on the internet people here.

How do you cope with "Bugs Life"?

Very poorly, I would imagine.

Here is something that very few people know about me...

I once wanted to be a fashion designer & was accepted into 2 very good design schools and at one point designed and made all my own clothes. My parents thought that was a stupid vocation & made me go to nursing school (so I would always have a job), I no longer practice (it was my mom's dream job, not mine) . My youngest wants to be a designer (shes only 9 so it may change) and shows a flair for it. (though not many people wear something pink everyday)

Little PhD does, but then again she is 3. Come to think of it she can go a week and a half or so only wearing Disney Princess stuff. With all their dark hair my girls look good in pink! :sohappy:
