Not sure what think about splitting the parks in two,
but in the meantime

BalooChicago - awesome work. That would make a funny Christmas time decoration.
Either that, or just adding a big hook to the top of SSE to make it look like a giant Christmas ornament.

ok say mr. x has a full epcot pass, he comes in the front entrance, he as full access to both parts of the park. he can com from FW to WS without swiping tickets gbecause he bought the full ticket. if he wanted to go back to FW he cannot get back unless he swips the ticket, the computer will verify that it's a full ticket and let that person into FW.

no say MR Y goes and buys a WS only pass he cannot come in the FW entrance, he would have to go through the WS international gateway entrance. if MR Y wants to sneak over into FW he would still have to swipe his ticket, the computer will know it's a WS only pass and not let him into future world. so you would only have to swipe one way(ws to FW) not both.
