Yes, I know you have to pay extra for a preferred room. Which is why I was upset after paying for a preferred room they wanted to put us in another building claiming that was now a preferred building.

I didn't imply it was AAAs fault. I said Disney ignored AAA's travel agent's request made on my behalf.

But they didn't ignore it. You said yourself they tried to put you in a building that was now considered preferred. You think they just made up the fact that the building they wanted to put you in was now preferred simply because you booked with AAA? Paranoid much? SMH. And why continue to use AAA to book a Disney trip if you so stongly believe Disney doesn't work well with them? I used AAA for years before the discounts went away and usually got what I requested.
