A100 Animatronics in PotC

When I rode Pirates last month, I was amazed at how fluid the movements were on a lot of the AAs considering their age. I know that the auctioneer, Redd and all the Jack Sparrows are A100s, have any of the other figures been upgraded as well?

Was Barbossa a new AA or did they just redress the old captain?

Ya I think some have been switched over to the next generation T-800's and there are 3 Jack Sparrows using the T-1000's

Pretty sure that old tech was replaced with the arrival of the new set of T-3000s a couple years back.
