actually the temp has dropped alot - it's only in the 50's right now - :lookaroun yesterday it was about 75!

winter... dan sent his pet beaver to attack me b/c I did a little winter dance to keep the cold up north... :lookaroun did that sound weird?

So, his pet beaver is now hanging in my closet - too warm for a coat down here... thinking of converting pet beaver into a rug...

Try to imagine dressing her up in full winter gear, including scarf, boots, snowpants, etc.

Back from another weekend stint in Wales.

Sue and I did a little espionage today - she is a florist and was wondering if it would be worth the expense of hiring a table at a wedding fair, so we posed as an engaged couple and headed to one today. Lost count of how many times we were asked "When's the date" :lol:

After the spy mission we headed to the Brecon Beacons National park to take in a bit of the scenery. This is the sort of thing you can see from the roads:

However, visibility today was a tad limited, as per this photo I took on my phone camera:

It was time for lunch and we decided to go into the next pub on the road, and found a corker, the Tai'r Bull Inn

I had a wonderful slab of lamb, Sue has mushroom risotto cakes and a huge pile of fantastic veggies on the side. Methinks we'll be heading there again.
