Ok, now for the answer.

South of the Contemporary is an island. According to Google Earth, it was one that was supposed to be Walt Disney's. Now, nothing can be built on it.

So it wasn't any ordinary island.

How I finally got you: Since it was between the Contemporary and another piece of land, I had to cut it real close. You could of also seen that the top of the screen was brighter than the bottom.
