A Twist In Time : The Discussion Thread

Chili's
Watch these two little quick service restaurants lead to the most competitive challenge of the season :p

:cool:
It reminds me of another challenge:p:D
Challenge 3: It's All in the Details
This is a 24 hour challenge! Each team has a monumental task ahead of them...actually quite the opposite. This challenge takes the world of Disney and focuses in on one single thing: a park bench. That's right, all you have to do is design a park bench. You can choose any location in the American Disney parks to place your bench. The real challenge over the next day is going in depth. I want to push you to your limits of detailed writing skills and drawings. Provide as much detail as possible on how your bench fits into the land, and how it effects the flow of park itself. Use images and writing to the best of your ability, and you will be without worry...

This weeks Project Managers are;

Mickey
@Bucfan87
Donald
@DSquared
Goofy
@spacemt354
Oswald
@Sam4D23

All of Team Mickey has immunity, as a Golden Buzzer was used on them last challenge.

This week, as usual, @Vipraa and @TheOriginalTiki will be acting as advisers, like Donald Trump's children and associates on the show.

Please provide at least 5 photos (and there is no maximum), in order to give a good sense of your park each and how it adds to the fungshue of the park. You guys may communicate amongst your teams in a PM I will create and watch over. Ask me any questions there. Due date is Sunday, July 19th, at 5 PM EST. After you post your ideas please do not get into personal conflicts with the other team about concepts, or actions of punishment will take place. Good Luck! :)

Btw - part of me actually really liked that challenge.

I know it kinda got panned, and was weird but...Team Goofy did well:rolleyes::p
I loathed that challenge, and still do. But now I know that the bench in between the yeti paws in Asia is no longer present so yeah I learnt stuff :cool:

I like making the simple ones complicated:p:hilarious:

Actually I also like 24 hour challenges.:bookworm: I know that's unpopular but they are my favorite - it moves everything along really fast!
Fun fact Red drew this in 24 hours -

But the real fact is that the entrance sign is based off a real location. Have any of you ever visited Zoo Miami?

Uncanny isn't it? ;)

BTW I also like 24 Hour challenges, but I'm not sure if there be any within this competition unless I change my mind which has been happening a lot due to the points issue.

Very cool!:D

And yeah that may not be a bad thing...actually since this is a smaller scale challenge I wouldn't mind turning it in before Thursday, I really only need a couple days:bookworm:

I believe I just mentioned no Beauty and the Beast.
That's what I assumed this meant:
You can retheme both counter services to any theme you want as long as it is not currently present in our timeline's Fantasyland
Though I noticed others who already posted a draft used themes currently in FL so I got confused.

Honestly the way I worded it would allow them to do that as the only thing that was confirmed in our timeline other than the BATB area from Challenge 1
Though I thought you said all real NFL plans would stay in place for the sake of simplicity?

It's ok though, I've got my themes set now anyway. This whole time travel stuff is really confusing :p

Did I :cyclops:

You can retheme both counter services to any theme you want as long as it is not currently present in our timeline's Fantasyland (hence the backstory), you can assume the Belle's Village area in our timeline was also built for some reason.
Here it is saying the quote, and what I read.

2. For the sake of simplicity yes all the NFL plans are the same. However Pooh and Alice have no presence in Fantasyland.

Missed this because it wasn't in the prompt. Oops should've added it in :oops:

@Magic Feather I think the Tangled area was part of NFL. So the Cuddly Lamb concept is invalid if true.
@spacemt354 same would go for Doc's Tavern it seems
