Not really look how WDW is handling it.
But WDW is in Florida. And Florida has a lot less restrictions in how you can do things (businesses in general).
Here in California, Amusement and Theme Parks are not operate at ALL!
Instead, operators have had to get creative in finding ways to try and keep their employees employed, and bring in some funds, while following the strict California rules.
So we have smaller amusement parks like Castle Park operating like Family Entertainment Centers.
SeaWorld San Diego and SF Discovery Kingdom operating as Zoos (Aquariums are in that State Category)
Opening up Retail and Dining outside the park (Knott's Marketplace, DtD, Citywalk, LEGOLAND Shops)
Hosting Drive-thru events (SFMM and SWSD)
And hosting Dining Events. Knott's started it, SWSD also has hosted some, and now Disney is doing one (A Touch of Disney).
They are converting DCA into one big Dining and Retail location, where you pay $75 to enter!
They are not allowed to offer entertainment. The state allows "atmosphere" under their rules, but is limited.
So here in Anaheim, Disneyland remains closed, and so does DCA as a Theme Park. (No Rides or Entertainment).
While in the Orlando area, things are open with modifications.
