Lady Gaga can act . Her acting was not just good it was excellent. Really hope she gets the Oscar nomination and her 'transformation' was real. Bradley deserves an Oscar as well.

I have to be honest. This song is pretty much a shameless ripoff of I Will Always Love You, but damn if it doesn't work.

Nominated for 5 Golden Globes, but why is it nominated in the Best Picture "drama" category instead of Best Picture "musical or comedy"? This is clearly a musical. Oh well. At least it will not have to compete with Mary Poppins!

Wow, I’d forgotten about this thread.

I finally saw the film, just before Oscar.

Loved it. The music sticks with you.

And somehow the cheesiness is fine.

Liked some of the different takes. The tinnitus.

Bradley and Gaga were “the moment” at the Oscars!!

Not sure why people talk about the “love look” though. I saw “what the heck are you doing?” from Gaga. He may have surprised her, coming in so close the way he did.

And then all the talk about what is going on between the two? Ridiculous.

I have Brazilian relatives. They love some juicy gossip and cannot stop speculating. So silly. Making up all kinds of stories. Like a real life novela.

The performance was great. He sounded awesome!!!
