A Series of Unfortunate Events...that led to a great trip!

We are back! We got back home late (LATE!) Sunday night and crashed into bed. The next day it was "rise and shine" and back to work and real life.

We had a whole bunch of random and weird stuff happen on the trip, but both came home saying it was a great time. I'll work through day-by-day with lots of pictures (I think we had more than 2k total pics).

Yeah I expected to be effected by rides in my late 30s or early 40s, not my mid 20s lol. Congrats for pushing through on the run and finishing. It seems that the run is too early in the year still because the biggest complaint I been reading on the 10 miler reports is that it's too hot, too hot and too muggy. That blister sounds like it was crazy painful! I can't stand it when I have any foot injury because of how long it takes for it to recover. I had a bruised heel bone earlier this year that took nearly 5 months before it didn't hurt for me to run.

This was your first trip to WDW since 94'? Hell of an awesome trip it seemed even with those unfortunate moments aside from one day in MK last summer, I got my first real WDW trip since 92' coming in Jan. Like many other reports, this one gets me sooo pumped to be going

Just got caught up on your report! Congrats on your toughly fought finish. Those not so easy finishes are the ones you will remember and hopefully cherish forever! I def want to do TOT race someday. Hopefully it won't be as hot when I decide to do it!

This next trip coming up, I definitely need to check out Sunshine Seasons. That breakfast looked yummy! We are staying at BC so I hope to be able to hop over there for breakfast!

Thanks so much! So far all my finishes have been hard. I just decided to do 13 in 13 (thirteen races/events) in 2013 -- any distance or type).I can't decide which Disney race(s) to include on my list!!

ToT was hot and icky, but def make sure you train well b/c that will make it a lot easier to deal.
