They own a lot more than 2 parcels. The 2 real big ones are one adjacent to the west and that one is bigger than the magic kingdom. The other big one is north of flamingo crossing and looks about the size of DHS. then there are a number if smaller parcels going north along 429 on the west side. looking at the east side of 429 it looks like the have purchased lots if land filling in from the boarder of the original park going towards 429 and owning most of it along 429. On the north side of the original WDW they have only purchased a couple of parcels. Over all it looks like they have purchased more land than they have sold in celebration and golden oaks. it also looks like they can make a much bigger development in the west than flamingo crossing and if they did build a major park they could build a deluxe resort, a large DVC, a moderate resort, value resort and their first budget resort.
There is no doubt they have purchased more land than US owns and they will use more than they are currently using.
