A morbid (but serious) funeral question

Contrary to popular belief, cremated human remains are not a biohazard.

Very true. However, the protocol isn't in my control. I'm just going off of what I've been told by CMs. :)

I've also seen many people post about the legality of the issue. AFAIK, there is no law against dumping remains, except in federally regulated areas (i.e. you have to be three miles from the coast to leave ruins in the oceans). Now, that doesn't mean you should just go and do it. WDW is private property and they certainly don't want remains scattered about.

There are a number of companies which will have your creameted remains put into fireworks (including this company, http://www.heavensabovefireworks.com/). For the right price, I wonder if Disney would let you (or at least your cremated remains) actually be a part of Wishes or Illuminations (or any of the other nighttime shows with fireworks)... or even just a private version of one of those shows... would seem to be the ultimate (and probably exceedingly expensive) Disney send-off...

He probably Googled "Disney" and "funeral" and got it.

I'm thinking a Disney Funeral would be a glorious idea. It would certainly distract the children in attemdance from all the sadness.

Heck, you might be on to something....

I doubt Disney would be fine with this. You'll just have to get someone to smuggle them in, if you want to call it smuggling. I am just thinking about other incidents similar to this. Last year at a Major League Baseball game in Toronto a guy specifically went to ground level and put a loved ones ashes on the playing field. He didn't go on the field he just sort of threw it down. He was kicked out after doing that.
