I am pretty sure they will. We had tickets a few years back and ended up having to reschedule that trip because of hurricanes. When we called I checked with the cast member and was assured that was no problem. We received new tickets via FedX within the week!:)

Not to sound like a jerk, but this kind of situation should only be answered by disney. I had to exchange tickets and could not do it. Yes. Tickets were available on the night I wanted to change to.

I think it is something that is handled on a case by case basis. Yes, they make exceptions for hurricanes or situations that are completely out of a persons control.

Have your friend call disney with every bit of information he has...tickets, receipt, cc#, transaction # ect. and they may or may not help. If they allow him/her to exchange the tickets, make sure he gets the name of the person he talked to, and all new ticket numbers, transaction # etc.

Some times Disney does, other times they do not. They would have to call and ask. And as the PP said, document everything they are told as best as they can.

If the answer is no the first time, I suggest calling back and trying someone else (or go in person). The policy is not uniformly applied.

One time when I purchased a ticket to I think the Pirate and Princess party over the phone It was for the wrong date and while I was over the phone I told him that. My card had allready been charge so he said him himself could not fix it but he gave me another number to call. The next day I called that number and they fixed it.

One time that number that fixed the dates for me. Well for another time I called that number because I was thinking of seeing if I could get refunded for one of my Pirates and Princess party tickets because of something else at Pop Century that I might have wanted to go to during that time. They said they would refund my money if I wanted to. I actually kept the ticket and did not do the Pop Century thing. But that thing is they would have given me a refund.

Your best option would be to talk to the Ticket Office, *not* Central Reservations. CRO will only quote official policy, especially on things like tickets where they're just selling them, and don't have any power/authority to do anything about prior sales.

The Ticket Office handles the fulfillment of pretty much every order for tickets that have to be mailed out. They actually have a lot of power to "bend the rules" when it comes to tickets (sometimes even moreso than Guest Relations in the parks). Years ago I was able to exchange tickets to the Christmas Party when our trip dates were forced to change.

To contact the Ticket Office, call the Main Switchboard at 407-824-2222 and ask to be transferred to the Ticket Office (make sure they don't try and send you to Central Reservations). Also note that the Ticket Office keeps your more typical Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 business hours.

The direct number is 407-566-4985 (Option 5 for previously purchased tickets)
