A free trip to Disney vs. a trip to the Super Bowl (or a favorite location of yours)

I like WDW. I've been 9 times throughout every stage of my life. Every time I come home, I'm thinking about the next one. A free trip would be awesome.

But the Super Bowl is on my bucket list and under normal circumstances, I don't think I'd ever get to go. It's a tough one, but I think I'd take the Super Bowl.

Now, if you offered me an all expenses paid trip with an all access pass to a Formula 1 race, I'd take that hands down, no question!

Since I've done WDW 8 times and Disneyland once I have to go with the Super Bowl too. My wife is a football fan too, so we'd have a good time. The kids are a little young for a Super Bowl experience right now. In all honesty I check the tickets online once in a while at places like Stubhub or Vividseats just for kicks and I never see a Super Bowl ticket less than $3000. In all honesty, and this sounds a little bad, but until I inherit some money I'll never be in the position where I can justify the Super Bowl. Even if it is on my bucket list. I'm a huge football fan, and to say I was at the game where Joe Namath beat the Colts or Montana's Drive vs. the Bengals or Brady's comeback against the Falcons..................well, that's my Woodstock right there.

Ah, but Woodstock was THREE DAYS of music for practically nothing. So from a value/ROI perspective, it was a much better deal... ;)

Easily the Super Bowl over WDW. It is something I have never done before.

But, since we were given the option of other things besides the Super Bowl, there are a few that I would prefer (and nothing outlandish like a world cruise or anything like that)

Off the top of my head

14 days at Sandal's Grande St, Lucia
A Galapagos Islands Cruise
14 days at Aulani
Heck, 14 day all expense included in dozens of foreign locations.

WDW is kind of on the bottom of the list.

WDW of course. I haven’t been in so long and desperately want to return, plus with it being free it saves me having to take a good chunk of money from my savings.

Well, as a die hard NY Jets fan... it would be a dream if they EVER made it to another SB (My DW & DD's know that when I die I want all 6 pall bearers to wear Jets jerseys so they can "let me down one more time"). That being said, if they ever made it, I would take the SB...any other choice, Orlando, here I come!

Hmmm.....
Probably thirty trips to WDW (and one to DL) over the years.
ZERO trips to NFL games. Don't even watch them on TV.
I will probably get criticized for saying this, but watching a bunch of overpaid grown men play a game when first responders barely get paid enough to live on just does not appeal to me.
Back to WDW for me. :D

Will happily take the Disney Trip over the SB trip. Stopped watching football years ago and got plenty more time on Sundays for it. :)

And I live in Packer's Land... ;)

NFL no way. Never watch over paid athletes play a game. Why waste your precious time..... Spend time with the family any where else. I would take a free trip to make more memories with my child.

Lately you could swap those jerseys for Giants jerseys just as easily.

I am not going to try and espouse about the pluses and minuses of the NFL, but you could use that argument for just about anything.

Spending money on watching people dress up as cartoon characters, and riding around on silly rides while first responders barely get paid enough to live on just does not appeal to me. See how that works?
