There's dead space over on the International Gateway side of the pavilion... does anyone know if this would be at all available for a new bakery?

Sorry to see you go Kim, but your show hasn't been on for awhile. I'm ready to help Agent P - look out Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz.

For what it's worth, I'm also aware of a refresh for Morocco on the way. Possibly just external.
Woo-hoo.

Why Agent P replacing Kim? He doesn't even have a rogues gallery outside Doofensmirtz. And Doofensmirtz is only concerned with taking over the Tri-State area.

Kim Possible just worked for World Showcase much better. But of course, Disney seems to not give a damn about their older TV shows. Just look at how they've never finished ANY DVD release of a series.

My kids have very little idea of who Kim Possible is, but have shirts, pajamas, and stuffed animals of Perry the Platypus. He's way more popular, and recently Phineas and Ferb have been going to various places in the world, including ancient China, early 20th century Panama, and Medieval England,as well as around the world in their first "movie". Scenes from today's Paris, London, Hawaii, the Himalayas, and Japan have already aired. Yeah, it's mostly the tri-state area, but they're expanding.

Although Agent P is not a perfect fit for the missions as currently written, most parents would probably agree that the added familiarity and excitement of Agent P as opposed to the whithering Kim Possible is a plus. Face it, she's pretty obscure at this point; Agent P will continue to be far more popular for a long time. Kim, sadly, is not going to regain popularity any time soon, if ever. She's not a classic character, and she was not nearly as popular as Agent P even at her height a few years back. We're excited about the change.

By the way, the guys who run Phineas and Ferb do not seem to be prima donnas, so they would probably be glad to write episodes featuring every World Showcase country. Here comes Canada, Morocco, Italy, Germany, Norway, and Mexico. Incidentally, the Panama episode featured a pyramid very similar to what's seen in the Mexico Pavilion. Adios, Kim.

There actually is a rogues gallery of sorts. Doofenshmirtz belongs to an evil organization called L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. which has made a couple of appearances on the show. It would be very easy to make the game fit World Showcase by having Perry oppose L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.'s plans to take over the world. It could even involve other agents from the O.W.C.A. as well.

One of my friends went to a group meeting with the Epcot VP and some Epcot directors and they gave a pep talk and some pixie dust reinforcing the 4 important Disney principles. Then they talked about upcoming projects but didn't provide a lot of detail. Most things were already discussed on here.

New or upcoming projects:

Next Gen being installed everywhere
Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure (Replacing Kim Possible)

Italy building a Wine Cellar

France will be building a new Bakery

Dear God, Help us, PLEASe. because standing UNDERNEATH the world's LARGEST geosphere is sooo boring :brick:

Excellent point. By the way, the show already has songs from Paris, London, and Tokyo.

I hope they don't mess too much with the gift shop in France. It is themed after 'Les Halles', a former giant market in Paris. It is a blast to see it represented in EPCOT for those familiar with the original thing. It is things like this that lend an air of sophistication and authenticity to Disney - one of those cherised 'Disney differences'.

Then again, I suppose having a food market, even a bakery, in the EPCOT Les Halles would be even more authentic than little souvenir Eiffel Towers! :slurp:

But Lovemuffin has never even done anything except that one bald rival of Doof's. And there's not much variety in a bunch of evil scientists. The only other distinct foe Perry has fought would be the Regurgitator and he was a one-shot.
