A couple of character questions

I'm going soon and I was just wondering what characters have recently been out at Epcot?
Also, do the green army men still appear or have they disappeared now that the Power Rangers have taken the throne? One more, where can we find Dopey?

when i was there in may 2005 i saw characters in the countries:

france- beauty and the beast, sleeping beauty
morroco- aladdin and genie
china or japan- mulan
norway or germany- i think there was something walking around there? not a disney character i have seen before!

cant remember any more.

Lion with a crown = Prince John from......Robin Hood.
The Pinocchio cat, I think it might have been Figaro. Not 100% on that though. Name popped into my head, and stuck there.

Dopey appears in Germany with Snow White. If entering Germany fomr a clockwide direction around the world showcase go into the first store you see on the left. Ask any employee about Dopey, they will give you exact times and show you exactly where. You can ask any cast member in any park with access to a phone about any character. They can call and find out if, where and when that character will be appearing that day.

Well, they've covered the Epcot question... Yes, the Green Army Men can still be found at the Disney Studios. And Dopey can be found in Germany and the Magic Kingdom. Last I saw him he was behind the Christmas shop.

Let's see, well the Character bus will be ending in November. Let me also make a reminder to EVERYONE that if you have a Disney Visa Card USE IT! Go to Innoventions between 1 and 5pm and get your free picture! Trust me! The 1 on 1 time with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto (FYI: Goofy and Minnie are out together, then Mickey and Pluto are out together...sometimes Donald shows up too!) is totally awesome and better than waiting in line for the DCOH characters. It's different every day as to what characters are on the bus, but you're guaranteed to see:
Mickey
Minnie
Pluto
Goofy
Donald
Chip
Dale
Other characters that appear sometimes that aren't VIP:
Mary Poppins (Sometimes for the first 2 sets in the morning)
Alice (Yes from Alice in Wonderland...she's there only during the Japan set)
Prince John (From Robin Hood and No he is NOT the Lion King!!! I hate hearing that...)
Robin Hood
Friar Tuck
Gideon
Geppetto
Pinnochio
Rafiki

Someone had put that Koda and Figment were on the bus, not anymore. Figment is always outside of Journey Into Your Imagination/HISTA. Koda and Kenai can be found in Canada. Also as a new addition, in the afternoon Rafiki and Timon can also be found right outside of the Africa area (right next to Germany) so if you miss them on the character bus, they are there too.

UK-Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet and Mary Poppins
Canada-Kenai and Koda from Brother Bear
Africa-Rafiki and Timon

France-Belle and the Beast
Morocco-Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie
Italy-(sometimes, usually rarely) Geppetto, Pinnochio and (VERY rare) Jiminy Cricket

Space Mickey and Space Goofy can be found outside of Mission: Space daily.

And as for the Green Army Man question, they can still be found at the Studios with Woody, Buzz and Jessie at Al's Toy Barn

Italy - for the last two years we have visited we have found them there, didn't stop by this year- too crowded.

The Green Army Men can also be found near the entrance and we also noticed them around the park, not just at Al's Toy Barn, but that is the formal picture spot.

Hmm...Interesting. Too bad Panchito the rooster and Jose Karioka The parrot (I hope I spelled his last name right) aren't there. Yeah not too many people remember them. But I sure do remember the 2 other Cabelleros! For that they should put donald with them :lol:

Anyone remember when there weren't ANY characters at Epcot? Bringing them in was one of the best improvements I think Disney made.

Green Army Men used to do sets in the front of the park, however they are now only at the toy barn location.

Every December that I have gone; I've found Dopey, and all of the Dwarfs in Magic Kingdom. It is usually 4pm or so and they were in the area where the pretty flower carts used to be. I've also seen Donald and Daisy there too!

Don't think anyone has mentioned it but..

Nemo can still be found outside the Living Seas during its rehab and Mickey, Chip, Dale, Pluto can still be found at the Garden Grill in the Land.
