Great Movie Ride Figures Return in New Holiday Window at Disney's Hollywood Studios

I texted John about this - and he said that if he'd bought one, his wife would have made him sell it by now! She's very understanding about his Disney collection, but this is a bit far for her haha.I remember John Stamos previewing the items of an upcomming Disney auction, saw one of them and said "not that." I get it...it'd be like the infamous lamp in a Christmas Story. But hapy about this repurposing....and it looks like they've held up well for being about 37 years old!![]()
Currently nothing. This is from yesterday.Nice to see someone in management had this put together, the windows at the studios have always been great during the holidays and this was a nice nod to the parks history for a change. Lately some of these windows have been blacked out and empty for too long. On the other side of the street at five and dime does anyone knows whats in that large display window this year? They always use to do the large dancing red Minnie ornaments and last year they barely did anything there if I recall.
You can casually text John Stamos? If this forum has never had an AMA before, arrange one!I texted John about this - and he said that if he'd bought one, his wife would have made him sell it by now! She's very understanding about his Disney collection, but this is a bit far for her haha.
Personally, I'd like one I could dress up to correspond with little known holidays. For example, today is National Fancy Rat & Mouse day...
He's a friend. I know he reads here too, so who knows...You can casually text John Stamos? If this forum has never had an AMA before, arrange one!
I had the pleasure of walking John and Rebecca up to Summit Plummet at BB during my college program back in spring of 2000. If I remember correctly, neither chose to go down the slide. He's a friend. I know he reads here too, so who knows...
I'm surprised you managed to get him to do that! I certainly couldn't!I had the pleasure of walking John and Rebecca up to Summit Plummet at BB during my college program back in spring of 2000. If I remember correctly, neither chose to go down the slide.
Definitely a core memory and one of the highlights of my short time at WDW.
I couldn’t either, we walked back down together, lol. Super nice guy though!I'm surprised you managed to get him to do that! I certainly couldn't!
Those weren't really the Beach Boys but I digress.Hi John! You were great when I saw you with the Beach Boys last year at Ravinia Park in Chicagoland! [posting this here in case he sees it]![]()
well that's pathetic
It's nice but doesn't change the fact that they should still be in the ride that still should exist.

His collection is insane - although I do have a few things he wants (perks of living in Orlando I guess). I had no idea he made a figment puppet! I will have to ask for a photo.John is a cool guy.
And a huge, huge Disney Theme Park fan like us.
Ask him sometime if he will send you a photo of the Figment puppet that he made a few years ago.
Tony wanted to show it to me one of the times we met up, but didn’t have the picture handy.
Said I needed to see it…and that it was impresssive.

I've met him several times at WDW and he's awesome. You don't need to text him that, but he's very very nice and always took time to meet and greet fans. He's a friend. I know he reads here too, so who knows...
