Is that the ephemeral final book in the George RR Martin Game of Thrones saga? They'll do that right after they bring back the Lights of Winter.

I don't think whoever is in charge of projection media noticed this, which is weird since HEA has pre-50th and color corrected projections from when it reopened in 2021. And with the correct placement of character and prop footage.I wonder if this means a restoration of the original HEA projections. They are still modified in terms of content and colors because of the 50th color scheme.
For example, Hercules was moved during the Go The Distance segment. The lamp during Aladdin was also moved and made smaller.
If they spent a nickel it would be lauded in the etherPaint and labor free too?
Yeah clearly they aren’t spending money these days.
Good take.
Bob Iger posts here?Actually... two years ago one of our insiders said it was under serious consideration and close to happening.
That may be over. Or not.
Better chance of Lights of Winter to return than Winds of Winter to finish, for sure.Is that the ephemeral final book in the George RR Martin Game of Thrones saga?
How do we know really???? None of us were expecting this today?
Also, No Nighttime Parade for close to 9 Years....now we have MK'S Old School Schedule back!![]()
A 50th Fireworks Spectacular that's still Good enough for DAH......but HEA returned anyway....
We can't be sure on what MK wants to return I think......

It turned out so much pinker this (like disgustingly pink especially in 2020). This ironically looks a lot more in line with what we're getting in the futureI’m glad the pink is going away— it photographed well at sunset but any other time of day it always looked a little gray to me, like chewed bubble gum :/
That being said, I hope they can find a middle ground besides just reverting to the exact same color scheme from before, which looked drab and washed out after awhile in the sun. Maybe if they kept some of the gold elements? I know the announcement mentions it, but the concept art has me skeptical that they’re keeping much. At the very least, a more frequent schedule to refresh paint would help.
It’s funny, I actually think the concept art for the pink castle looked like a good balance with the deep/navy blue turrets and more of a cream/pale pink castle. But instead we got… what we got

Can't really avoid that (well, technically you can, you make them paint at night but you know Disney), the alternative is covering the entire castle in scaffolding and doing one of the painted scrims, which would look awful. So then the cherry pickers will be present and can intrude on guests photographing the castle. Same issue as I was posting.
If they’re anything like my lights, they won’t work again after five years! And if the lights are still in storage… still work, the hang up may have been not wanting to replace with new wires that matched the new scheme. If going back to basically the old scheme, the old wires will work again.
…it is a nice thought…I'm happy. This may be waaay overthinking it but I feel like those colors are symbolic of classic Walt Disney World, the days where you didn't have to plan your whole day in the parks on your phone and still use it throughout the day for Lightning Lanes and such. Returning to the color pallette isn't going to fix these problems of course, but it reminds us of a simpler time, which automatically puts us in a better mindset when visiting the parks, which hopefully can inspire us to simply enjoy WDW for what it is a little bit more, and what it can hopefully return to one day.
…um…noThey should drill tiny holes in the castle and install LEDs all across it that wouldn’t be noticeable to the naked eye, but could be used during shows and for Dreamlights.
…um…no
Everyone has (or can have) a Christmas tree…don’t need the fiberglass castle to be covered in 25,000 imported Italian twinkle lights
Did they give a reason/excuse as to why now? Seems embarrassing on their part and unlike Disney to admit to the original being a mistake....
I am glad that the dreamlights have not and hope they will not return even if it means having to travel to get crane pictures.
