Giant teen tour groups are back

I thought WDW had nipped this in the bud, but 100+ young teenager groups are back and creating a nuisance. We saw at least one the last several days where n the park, and one just plowed through me as I stood outside the Merchant of Venus today.

They divide up into groups of 8-10 and go on rides unsupervised and act like you would expect that many unsupervised 13 year olds would.

I don’t recall Dis ever doing anything to change these groups from amassing at the parks. We’ve been annoyed by several groups of unruly teens before. There’s nothing you can do except turn around and go in another direction to avoid them. The noise they make, the blocking of your paths, and other issues they bring with them isn’t something Dis can really stop. Moving somewhere away is your best action to take.

I’ll be visiting from the UK August 24-Sep 7th, are there any sports/cheerleading/band groups or events that usually happen that could be a disruption? I’m staying at All Stars too 😓

I remember staying at All Star Sports the same time a Brazilian group was there. It was despicable. All the young girls wore thongs in the pool outside our room. Other than that there was no problem.
Can you remember the specific dates they visited or give me a rough annual window ................................................ just so I can avoid them in the future obviously? Oh and it was definitely the All Star Sports wasn't it?

I thought they had taken steps to at least decrease the size of groups back prior to 2020. I know this is the first time since then that we have seen groups this large. Maybe it was just the timing of the trip.

You sure that's a problem? (just kidding, don't flag me)

As a teenager, I apologize on behalf of your experiences. I'm sure not all of us are like that and we're really just students enjoying our time at the parks. There are problem groups in each demographic and it's not an exclusive thing.

You're talking about young teens, fyi. 🤢
If you are saying that I might be inclined to do anything, I really resent that thought. I said that I am not dead and I appreciate certain pleasant visions just like I did when I was young. Besides the worst that they could charge me with is imaginary assault with a dead weapon. Give yourself a few years and you will understand, in the meantime, stop judging and keep your thoughts out of the gutter.

I know what you are going to say. You are saying that whatever is left of my libido should be put in an airtight container and buried because somehow you think that girls wearing thong swimsuits didn't do that to be noticed and even if they did someone my age shouldn't be noticing. Like I said, wait a few more years and you will understand.

You're a 70 year old man drooling over underage children. It's disgusting however you try and twist it.

Firstly nobody has established the age of the girls, they were described as 'young' which to me means 18+. Why would your mind instantly assume that they're 'underage girls', you're the person introducing 'underage girls' into the debate which seems unfair.

Do you think there's an age where you wake up one morning and suddenly have the inability to see beauty anymore, if so what is this age and how do you come to this conclusion? I would guess that @Goofyernmost would just sit there and take a look and naturally think "That's a not unpleasant sight" and that would be it. That's a big difference to somebody shouting over to the young ladies "Get em off" or other vulgarities or harrassing them etc.

Calling him admiring something in his mind 'disgusting' just because of his age is 'age discrimination'. What gives you the right to decide what he thinks about, especially based entirely on his age? Why should he pretend that he no longer has a clue what is attractive or not just because you personally find that 'disgusting'?

We all will get 'older' one day after living productive lives. The poster in question has lived a fairly long time and always worked to support his family. He's raised children into what I would guess are good, well behaved and responsible members of society. Why just because of his age he's supposed to adhere to what thoughts you think are acceptable is anyone's guess. I think he deserves the right to make a throw away joke on here about enjoying the sight of a young lady and that's really all it was. Please think about how your remark potentially makes him feel rather than concentrating on telling everyone how disgusting it is that you don't like him having thoughts that are natural or that he's some sort of deviant. I think he's earned the right to that and it's not like he's known for posting about young ladies, he's just contributing in a fun way along with several other posters about the wording of what somebody said.
