Got my tickets for 9/21! So excited!

I agree, I think the parade is great just needs some nicer floats IMO. I think whenever Festival of Fantasy finally ends it's run they should add the dragon float to Boo to You!Nah. Boo to you is still great. They can (and do) update it by swapping out floats, but it’s a great, catchy tune that everyone still loves.

He has an exaggerated face and is Arabic. You do the math.
***** can also be used to show a dividing line, which is what that was in this case, since it wasn't quoted properly.I know. Pretty hot, right?
Anyhoo, the Arabs gave us algebra, so, doing the math is a cinch!!
Also, stop swearing.
Let’s Boo This…!

I feel like Ralph could go. Outside of it being candy themed, I felt that this segment never really fit in the Halloween parade.
I miss when the candy float used to conclude the Boo to You Parade instead of being moved in front of the Villain section. The float even used to have cast members who handed out candy to attendees between Goofy's float. Plus the playful music heard on that float makes more sense than Vanellope. It was the perfect transition after the Villains left bringing back the "Not So Scarry" aspect to the parade.Ralph was originally Goofy's Candy Company, same branding as what was sold in the park
Goofy making and giving away his candy made a little more sense than a unit about a candy themed video game.
There's been some pyro changes to the Hocus Pocus Villian Spelltacular stage show this year.
During the show's "I Put a Spell on You" finale, the pyro and crackles on the FL roofs were moved to the reprise when the Sanderson sisters leave the stage...on foot instead of on their brooms.
Previously only some fire was used for that reprise bit.
I do prefer the new pyro version. It's the same exact and number of pyro used, but it moved around does give the reprise and ending a better oomph!!

Maybe.I think it was partially changed as they removed the flame throwers?
I say this not to be rude to anyone who loves it, but I've watched numerous videos of this year's MNSSHP and it has been stated repeatedly that the event is the same as it has been for several years save for some minor character changes. I guess I am struggling to understand what exactly you get for ~$120-220. None of the exclusive snacks are included, not even one sample. You get candy, a parade, and fireworks (which technically, you could watch from outside the park). I guess I am just confused on what makes this worth the price tag at this point. Not bashing anyone, honestly just genuinely curious. I guess people keep going due to habit/nostalgia. On its face, paying these prices for a parade seems crazy to me. I don't think anyone would pay $120 for even a huge bag of candy either. So I feel like I must be missing something. The price keeps going up but multiple people have said nothing is being added to the experience.
Also right now it is so sweltering hot that takes away from some of the enjoyment too, but if you wait for the possibility of cooler weather the price skyrockets.

I guess I struggle with the thought that, why can’t they just offer these themed things for “free” or included in a normal ticket, vs a $200 paywall? I know the answer is “because people will pay it”, but sometimes I still struggle to understand. That said, I’m sure I’ll still end up trying it out sometime. lolYou get:
- Eight hours in MK
- Reduced capacity, not overcrowded, thus you have a good chance of getting on a lot of rides
- Food and M&Gs found only at the party
- A chance to get candy. Lots of candy. Stupidly large amounts of candy.
- The vibe: people dressed up in Halloween costumes, including adults who ordinarily aren't allowed to
- Entertainment found only at the Party
- Fireworks (being up close is a whole different vibe, but, for me, the fireworks needs plussing)
- Excellent Parade (big and long) - you can watch it twice
- Castle stage show (total banger, you can watch it 3 times)
- whole bunch of other live entertainment spots, like the Barber Shop Cadavers
It made not be for everyone. A lot of MK is aimed at kids. Just think what it means to a kid to just stupidly fill up a bag with candy going trick-or-treating at Magic Kingdom.

That’s fine, that makes sense. The exclusive snacks aren’t discounted; they’re just normal Disney snack prices so I don’t see why for example they can’t offer those to everyone.Definitely think it would be nice to offer some more elements (characters, etc) during normal park times, but a big feature of the parties is the (much) lower crowds - which also makes it easier to enjoy a lot of the offerings that might not work as well with full crowds
They do this with the holidays but that is a very different circumstance. MVMCP ends about a week or so outside of Christmas so they open up MVMCP offerings to regular admission. All passholders except IncrediPass are blocked out. It is also a very busy time and admission tix are higher priced.I guess I struggle with the thought that, why can’t they just offer these themed things for “free” or included in a normal ticket, vs a $200 paywall?
